A. Hill Steven

Steven A. Hill, age 61, long time resident of Romulus, passed away unexpectedly at his home.

Steve was born on July 24, 1955 in Berwick, PA, a son of Donald and Helen Hill. He proudly served his country in the US Army, he was called to active duty during Operation Desert Storm, and retired as Sergeant from Fort Drum. He and his wife made their home on their small farm in Romulus, and he was a well-liked and well known member of the community. Steve had been an involved member of the Finger Lakes Baptist Church and Romulus Fire Department Auxiliary.

He is survived by his father, Donald Hill; sisters, Sharon (Scott) Reece, Teressa (Alex) Balmer, and a large extended family. Steve was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy in 2012.

A Memorial Service will be held at Finger Lakes Baptist Church, 1000 Yale Station Road, at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. There will be a fellowship luncheon at the church following the service. Kindly consider a donation to the Romulus Fire Department, PO Box 2, Romulus, NY 14541.
