Bonnie M. (Grover) Brown, age 71, formerly of Dryden, passed away at the home of her sister, on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
Bonnie was born in Montour Falls on October 1, 1948, a daughter of the late Howard A. and Nellie M. (Lisk) Grover. She graduated from Odessa High School and had lived in the Finger Lakes Region her entire lifetime. Most recently, she had worked as a security officer at the Ithaca Tompkins Airport until her cancer diagnosis in September of 2018. As her illness progressed, Bonnie moved to Ovid to be with her family.
She is survived by her children; Tammy M. (James) Woodard of Ashboro, NC, Steven (Tom Steedle) Brown of Rochester and Bonnie Lou (Karl) Moore of Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and Steven❜s ‶baby girls″; her siblings, Leo R. (Barbara) Grover of Milford, MA, Julie (James) Quint of Holton, ME and Jackie (Gary) Bohart of Ovid. Bonnie was preceded in death by her son, David Brown on January 20, 2019.
The family will have a private memorial gathering for both Bonnie and Davie in June.
