Gwendolyn L. Rappleye

Gwendolyn L. Rappleye, age 92, passed away peacefully at her family home on Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Gwen was born on October 19, 1927, a daughter of the late Baxter and Blanch (Van Ness) Coleman. She graduated from Ovid High School, and had been a homemaker to her family, first in Interlaken and then in Lodi. There have been seven generations living at the same farm in Lodi, often multiple generations living there at the same time.

Gwen is survived by her children, Connie (Kenneth) Drake of Ocala, Florida, Charles (Debra) Rappleye of Lodi and James (Mary Jane) Rappleye of Ovid; 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 1995 and by an infant sister, Beverly.
