L. Wyckoff Susan

Susan L. Wyckoff, age 66, of 3795 County Road 139, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, July 30,2015.

Susan was born on December 31, 1948 in Ithaca, NY, the only daughter of Walter and Anita (Smith) McFall. She graduated from Trumansburg High School in 1968, and later married Richad ‶Rick″ Wyckoff on June 3, 1967. Susan worked as a secretary for the Farrell-Messler Insurance Agency at both the Trumansburg and Interlaken offices, and worked as the secretary to the Interlaken Reformed Church for nearly 20 years.
She devoted her love and attention to her family, supporting their sporting events and school functions. Many happy memories were made at the family farm and on Cayuga Lake. She and Rick have worked tirelessly to establish the family farm, with Susan manning the vegetable stand in between many hours of hard work in the gardens. Her flower beds were her pride and joy...only after her grandchildren!
Susan is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard ‶Rick″; her sons, Todd (Kimberly) of Interlaken and Craig (Pamela) of Ovid; her grandchildren, Courtney, Matthew, Cassie, Nicholas and Laura; her father, Walt McFall of Trumansburg; her brothers, Gary (Cheryl), Mark (Linda) and Robin (Teri) McFall; her father and mother in law, Paul and Marjorie Wyckoff, and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anita in 2014. A Memorial Service to commemorate the Susan❜s life will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, August 3, 2015 at the Interlaken Reformed Church, 8315 North Main Street, officiated by Pastor Jason Fulkerson.
