M Hepker Onnolee

Seneca Falls ,Onnolee M Hepker,83, of 12 Walnut Street passed away on March 9, 2015 at the home of her daughter.

There will be no calling hours.

Onnolee was born May 5, 1931 to Francis and Dorothy Magee Foote. She was born into a farming family during the depression, growing up in Valois, NY. She started her education in a one room school house, graduating from Watkins Glen High School. She married Bobbie Hepker in 1949, celebrating 63 years together until his passing in 2012. During her husband❜s 20 year military career, they made many moves, eventually settling in Caywood, NY. In 1979 they moved to Lerch Rd, Geneva to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

Onnolee will be remembered as a loving, kind and caring person who truly lived her Christian faith. She was always generous and welcoming to others. During the last years of her life, she was lovingly cared for by Melody Reynolds and Mary Plate. We are so grateful for the love and support of so many that enabled Mom to remain at home.

Onnolee is survived by her daughter, Amy Hepker; granddaughter, Shannon Leonard-Smith and her children, Lauryn and Rob; her son, Craig (Deb) Hepker and family; brother, Robert (Jayne) Foote of Idaho; many nieces and nephews.
