Natalie Louise Covert

Natalie Louise Covert of Ovid passed away at home on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the age of 41.

A Celebration of Natalie’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00pm at the Ovid VFW, 7068 Route 96, Ovid. The family asks those that would like to make a contribution in Natalie’s memory to kindly consider the NYS State Park Natural Heritage Trust, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207 in honor of her love of water and parks.

Natalie was born in Alexandria, Virginia on March 25, 1983. She was an avid reader, most recently enjoying romance novels. Her and her family enjoyed taking hikes and Natalie always enjoyed being near any type of water, always taking the time to get in for a swim. Natalie also loved listening to true crime podcasts and going on drives listening to all types of music. Recently she found joy in completing crossword puzzles and word searches.

Natalie is survived by her husband of 19 years, Tim Covert; three children, Becca, Dillon, and Alyssa Covert; her mother, Darlene (Willard Roberts) Clements; her father, Lester (Anita) Buck; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Roberts.
