Pamela Jo (Law) Blanche

Pamela J. Blanche, age 64, passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on May 31, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Born July 3, 1958 in Seneca Falls, the daughter of the late William C. and Rosemary (Meeks) Law, and was a 1978 graduate of Ovid High School. A homemaker for many years, Pam found joy in her grandkids and spending time with her loving family. She often enjoyed games of poker and bingo, and never walked away from a song at karaoke. Pam also loved camping with her family. She was a former member of the Lodi Ladies Fire Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James Blanche, their children; Brenda (Jeffery) VanEtten, Jamie Blanche, Mark (Amanda) Blanche and Ashley (Damon) Blanche; grandchildren, Ava Barber, Skylar Howard, Emily, Alyssa and Toni Vangalio, Savannah, Anabelle and Mattie Blanche and Carter Nielsen; brother, William (Donna) Law; sister-in-law, Brenda Law; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Timothy Law and Joseph (Marjorie) Bush, and an infant son. Joseph James.

Calling hours will be held at Covert Funeral Home on Wednesday June 7, 2023, from 10:00-11:00 am. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00am. Burial will take place at West Lodi Cemetery after the service. The family will have a gathering to celebrate Pam at a later date.
