V. Robertson Rosa

Rosa V. Robertson, age 81, longtime resident of Kelly❜s Corners Road, passed away at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo on Monday, July 31, 2017, following an extended illness.

The family will celebrate her life from 4:00 to 6:00pm on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Interlaken Sportsmen❜s Club, 8561 Tunison Road. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to the Beverly Animal Shelter, 50 East River Street, Waterloo, NY 13165 in Rosa❜s memory.

Rosa was born in Burdett on August 4, 1935, the youngest of five children to Arnie and Eva (Bush) Morgan. Near the completion of high school, she was married to Glenn D. Roberstson, and they made their home in Interlaken. Many will remember her for the many years that she worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart in Waterloo.

She is survived by her children; James Robertson of Pennsylvania, Cindy (Victor) Austic of Marietta, GA, Brenda (Michael) Martin of Atlanta, GA, and Tina (Eric) Albro of Interlaken, 8 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren, and a special family friend, Susie Albro. Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, and by her siblings, Bill Morgan, Eva Morgan, Barbara Swick and Netta VanDorn, and by her longtime companion, Donny Stevens.
